    Good posts Eric. Happy New Year to you. By the way, I remembered what the other activity is that seems to aggravate my lower back. It is doing those leg lifts with my stomach facing downward, either on the mat or even when I am on my knees. So I am considering dropping them altogether from my workout regimen. I do plenty of other stuff. Talk soon, Dan
